- While the cauliflower bakes, whisk together buffalo sauce, melted butter, and yogurt in a small bowl.
- Remove florets from the oven and drizzle the sauce mixture over them, tossing gently to coat.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce.
- Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot with your favorite dip.
