In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with the grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and all the spices. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Using your hands, mix the ingredients until they are well combined. Be careful not to overwork the meat, as this can make the Kofta challenging.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into elongated meatballs or around pre-soaked wooden skewers if you prefer Kofta kebabs.
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the Kofta with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Grill the Kofta for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
Once cooked, remove from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
