  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt full‑fat preferred for creaminess
  • 1 cup granola low‑sugar, crunchy
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional for protein
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut optional, add for tropical flavor
  • 4 mason jars 8‑oz jars with airtight lids

Method
 

Steps
  1. In a bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt with honey, vanilla extract, and chia seeds until smooth.
  2. Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into each jar, filling about one‑third of the jar.
  3. Add a handful of fresh berries over the yogurt, then sprinkle a layer of granola.
  4. Repeat the yogurt, berries, and granola layers until the jars are full, finishing with a top layer of berries and a dusting of granola.
  5. Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve chilled, adding a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of coconut if desired.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator up to 48 hours. Keep granola separate until serving to maintain crunch. Microwave for 20–30 seconds if you prefer a warm parfait.
